You will be fully trained on the operations of the App (we promise you do not need to be a tech Wizkid to be a franchisee) along with the Destination High Street technique to sell the advertising on the App. We will also work with you to show how to optimize marketing strategies to increase downloads the ‘Destination High Street’ way with all the point of sale and advertisement assets provided.
As you will see, in the prospectus, there is an excellent return on investment opportunity by buying into a single, or several, Destination High Street franchises. Even more importantly, we have financial support in place to enable you to start creating income and to be comfortable with the operation before you need to start paying us back. The initial up front payment is also very reasonable, for a franchise, from as little as £3,000 in the first year.
Flexible Work Patterns
Whilst you have to expect to work hard in a Destination High Street franchise it is not your normal 9 till 5 job. You can manage your schedule to suit your own situation as well as the needs of the business. You can expect to work the odd weekend at a festival securing more downloads or at business networking breakfasts talking to potential new business partners, but you also have the absolute benefit of controlling your own diary. Where can I set a Franchise up?
The answer is pretty much anywhere there is a good selection of businesses in a relatively small geographical area. We have a clear way of assessing the viability of an area, based on our experience, and we will come and do an area study prior to progressing to contract stage.
Typically, we are looking for an area of no more than 1 mile in circumference with parking and 200 plus businesses that fit into our viability criteria. If you are interested in a larger area, we can discuss this with you and make a financial judgement on a case-by-case basis.
